I now sit down to work for one hour at a time. During that time I have to work through the goals I set myself earlier in the day. And I'm starting to get tough on myself, no stopping for a coffee break and no flicking another screen up and doing a "quick 5 minute check" of the forums and job sites (which used to turn into an hour or two). I never realised how much I did that until I made myself concentrate on one thing. Surely I can't be the only one that has 7 browser screens up.

Anyway, I needed to know about photos, where can I get free photos, and what should I be looking for to tell me I can use them for my websites, i.e. commercial use. Did an hour researching what I should be looking for (in a nutshell - free royalty free photos that can be used unrestricted for commercial use), wrote an article about it either for my own use or otherwise, and then went through photo websites to find the best. Some were just snapshot quality but the best I found was http://sxc.hu/. Over 100k professional quality photos, mostly available for commercial use (you have to check under the photos to see) but best of all they're free.

I don't know why I'm writing all this. Probably to justify that I've done something today so far, at least I know where to get good photos for my websites quickly now.

Anyway the next step is to put more content and photos on sleep website, write an article and submit to article site. Then for another site write up review of survey sites and find affiliate links for them.
